- All images displayed on Beyond East social media and website are of original products designed and shot in-house. However, the colors of products may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or device display settings.

- You can subscribe to our newsletter by clicking on ‘subscribe for latest updates' to receive the latest updates via email.
I forgot the password to my account. Can I retrieve it?

How can I confirm that my order is placed?
- Click on ‘Forgot password’. A link will be sent to the email address that was used for signing up.

How can I know my order status?
- An email entailing e-receipt and order details will be sent as soon as the order has been placed. Furthermore, a confirmation call or a text message will be received to confirm your order.
How can I exchange my order if I receive a defective/incorrect item?
- After the order is placed and confirmed, an email will be sent once the order is shipped.
