Exchanges & Returns
Beyond East has a NO REFUND policy.
All products purchased from www.beyondeast.com can be exchanged if they are in their original state (packaging/tags/motifs/embroideries intact) and with the original receipt.
Accessories are non-exchangeable.

Items damaged/defected after use will not be considered under the exchange policy.
An exchange will be processed after the product has been received at our end and has been assessed by the relevant team. This may take up to 14 working days.

However, if a customer has received a damaged article then, a customer can choose to have the same article re-shipped, or a voucher worth the price of the article can be issued.
